Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

Please fill in the details on a piece of paper with your full name, telephone number and delivery address along with the order number, description and quantity of the items you are returning. The returns address is:

Please return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

We DO NOT offer free or prepaid returns; all returns will be at the buyers cost.

Please take care as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. This includes items soiled with perfume, cigarette smoke etc. Items that have been washed will not be refunded. All items must be returned in the condition they were received with all tags still attached. Items that aren't returned in the condition they were purchased in will not be returned back to the buyer at the our cost; you will have to repay for delivery to receive the purchased item back.

You do not need to notify us of your return, however we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account - we aren't responsible in chasing items that are lost in the post on the way to us

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Call us on 02082049381 to inform us of any damages to return and we can try to post out a replacement if possible. If not, we will issue a refund for the damaged item as soon we receive it. Please leave your full details on a piece of paper inside the package including name, phone number, item description and quantity. 

We will NOT be responsible for items that have run colour onto other items in the wash - washing of items is the buyer's responsibility and we will not provide refund or compensation for items which have colour run onto them. This also includes colour transfer from items purchased from us onto other items such as chairs, sofas, car seats etc 

Please wash all items separately if you think the colour may run.
